Kurt Nordi and Jorge Esquivel Medina are the owners and operators of Yucatan International Real Estate Services.

Kurt Nordi is from Saskatchewan Canada. Kurt has a very eclectic background spending many years in farming, the Pulp and Paper industry, and the tourist industry as an owner and operator of motels.
After visiting Mexico’s beautiful coastal areas, Kurt fell in love with Yucatan Mexico, buying vacation property that would become his full time residence in 2008.  Kurt is very familiar with the intricate process of acclimating to a new life in Yucatan Mexico and is eager to share his expertise with you.



Jorge Esquivel Medina is from Merida Yucatan, Mexico. Jorge comes from very reputable families in Mexico and has many connections in and around The Yucatan Peninsula. He has lived in several places in Mexico including Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Cancun Quintana Roo. He has also lived in California and Florida.  Jorge is bilingual, he understands and embraces cultural challenges. Jorge has a varied educational, as well as business background.  From studying law to selling real estate, Jorge is committed to his passion, which is making people happy through his hard work and determination.
